What are the hours of availability?

Our availability is based on calendar availability on the website booking page. If you don’t see a specific date or time that you are looking for that means we are already booked during that time.

Are there restrictions age, height and weight?

Our inflatables and party are set up for kids who are between 2-12 years old. We are currently in the process of establishing an area for toddlers. Our have a minimum height requirement of 34 inches and a maximum weight limit of 175lbs for all inflatables. Non-walkers and young toddlers are NOT allowed to go on the large inflatables.

Why do you have 10 kids per session limitation?

Although we have commercial grade bounce houses, we want to abide by the weight limitations and equipment restrictions as well as number of kids who can play at given time for safety reasons.

How do I schedule a party?

It's easy! Just click the “Book as Occasion” button on our website and it will guide you through the process based on our availability.

 

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, you can bring birthday cakes, cupcakes and cookies.

Do parents count as party guests?

No. Adults may stay during the party and watch the children play on the inflatables and they also there for safety and socialize with other parents. Everyone attending the party will be required to complete our standard Release Waiver.

Can I have the bounce room for a longer amount of time?

We currently only offer 2-hour party slots for kids’ bounce house celebrations. We also have a private event room (Saturday evenings are not available) with seating for up to 55 guests available as an additional fee.  For pricing, availability, or to reserve your party, give us a call at 704-610-6010. If I am bringing in my own cake, do I need to bring in my own plates and napkins?

We are happy to provide plates, cups, napkins, and utensils for your party. The ones we provide are generic white, so if you have a specific theme or want a specific color, you are welcome to bring your own.

Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?

You're welcome to bring small goodie bags for your guests, and helium-inflated balloons are allowed—as long as they do not contain confetti.

Please note:

  • All balloons must be taken with you at the end of your party.

  • A clean-up fee of up to $100 may be charged for any popped balloons left behind inside or outside the facility.

 

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my party?

We understand that plans can change! Please review our policy below regarding party changes:

  • You may reschedule or cancel your party up to 14 days prior to your event for any reason without penalty, as long as you are able to select another available date or time slot.

  • If you need to make changes within 14 days of your scheduled party, your booking becomes non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your party for a $50 rescheduling fee, pending availability.

  • No changes or reschedules are allowed on the day of the party.

  • We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure the best experience for all our guests!

 

What happens if my guests or I arrive late? Can I get a time extension?

Regrettably, we cannot extend party time if you or your guests arrive late. We host back-to-back parties daily, and staying on schedule is essential to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. To make the most of your celebration, we recommend asking your guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and get settled before the fun begins!

 

How do I get invitations for my party?

Once you book your party, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the important details. This email will also include a shareable link that you can send to your guests for easy registration and RSVP

Is everyone required to signed the waiver, including adults?

For insurance and safety purposes, ALL GUESTS who enter our bounce arenas must have a completed and signed waiver on file.

  • Children under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

  • No child will be permitted to bounce without a signed waiver and payment.

To make things easy: A waiver link is included with our digital birthday invitations

Can I have access to the party room to decorate before my party?

We typically operate with back-to-back parties, so each party will have a maximum of 15 minutes to decorate their party room before guests rotate in. To ensure a smooth transition and help you make the most of your setup time- All decorations must be preassembled and ready upon arrival. Please plan accordingly and keep the decorations simple, easy to install, and quick to clean up.
