Plan your private birthday party with confidence. Find answers about booking, guest counts, food, decorations, and safe play.

 

How do I book, and when are parties available?

Choose your package and book online. The booking calendar shows available dates and times, normally opened three months in advance. For a later date, email info@occasiononmain.com.

 

How long is my party?

Each private package includes a 2.5-hour reservation: 15 minutes to set up, 90 minutes of bounce play and games, 30 minutes for refreshments and cake, and 15 minutes to pack up and clean up.

 

How many children can attend?

Choose Private Party for 10 at $265 or Private Party for 15 at $345. The birthday child is included in the count. Confirm changes in guest count through booking. Follow staff instructions and equipment limits during play.

 

What are the play requirements?

Our parties are designed for children ages 1–10. Inflatable participants must be at least 34 inches tall and under 125 pounds. Non-walkers and young toddlers may not use the large inflatables. Adults are not allowed in the bounce house. Socks and adult supervision are required.

 

Is the venue accessible without stairs?

Our venue is upstairs, with stairs only and no elevator. Please consider the accessibility needs of everyone in your group before booking.

 

Can I decorate before my reservation?

The party room is set up when you arrive. Your included 15-minute setup period is for balloons, tabletop decorations, and small personal touches. Additional pre-event decorating time is not available. Do not attach decorations to brick walls or use tape, glue, nails, or adhesives on walls or floors. No live candles.

 

Can I bring food and drinks?

You may bring birthday cake or cupcakes, pre-packaged snacks, ready-to-serve pizza or sliders without heating equipment, sealed bottled water, juice boxes, or juice pouches.

Hot or prepared dishes such as wings, pasta, or macaroni and cheese, homemade dishes, open food containers, coolers, chafing dishes, electric warmers, alcohol, and glass containers are not allowed. Pizza and sliders are the ready-to-serve exceptions. Ask about in-house catering for other hot-food options. Keep refreshments in the designated snack area.

 

Do I bring plates and napkins?

Yes. Bring plates, cups, napkins, and utensils for your cake and refreshments. Remove belongings and waste during your included cleanup time.

 

Do adults count toward the child package?

The package count is for children. Each child may be accompanied by up to two adults. Tables are set up for children; benches and chairs are available for parents. Adult dining tables are not provided. All attendees, including adults, must complete the release waiver.

 

Is a longer family celebration available?

A separate Kids + Family Party option includes a private event room with tables and chairs for up to 50 guests and 3.5 hours of family time. Check its booking page for current details and availability.

 

Can I bring goodie bags and balloons?

Small goodie bags and helium balloons without confetti are welcome. Take all balloons and decorations home. A $25–$50 cleaning fee may apply when extra cleanup is required.

 

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

You may change your party up to seven days before the event without penalty, subject to another available date or time. Within seven days, your booking is non-refundable; rescheduling may be available for a $50 fee. No changes or rescheduling are allowed one day before the party. Review the current terms during booking.

 

Can late arrivals get extra time?

Party time cannot be extended for late arrivals. Encourage guests to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Setup and cleanup remain part of your reserved time.

 

How do invitations and waivers work?

Your booking confirmation email includes party details and a shareable registration and RSVP link. Everyone entering the bounce arenas needs a completed waiver. A parent or legal guardian must sign for children under 18. Children may not bounce without a signed waiver and payment. The waiver link is included with digital birthday invitations.
