Food & refreshments

You may bring birthday cake or cupcakes, pre-packaged snacks, ready-to-serve pizza or sliders without heating equipment, sealed bottled water, juice boxes, or juice pouches.

 

Please leave hot or prepared dishes such as wings, pasta, or macaroni and cheese at home. Homemade dishes, open food containers, coolers, chafing dishes, electric warmers, alcohol, and glass containers are not allowed. Pizza and sliders are the permitted ready-to-serve exceptions. Ask about in-house catering for other hot-food options.

 

Bring your own plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. Keep food and drinks in the designated snack area.

 

Decorations, setup & cleanup

The party room is set up when you arrive. Add balloons, tabletop decorations, and small personal touches during your included 15-minute setup period. Additional pre-event decorating time is not available.

 

• No decorations may be attached to exposed brick walls.

• No tape, glue, nails, or adhesives on walls or floors.

• No live candles.

• Remove all decorations, gifts, and belongings during your included 15-minute cleanup period.

 

A $25–$50 cleaning fee may apply when spills, decorations, or food waste require extra cleanup.

 

Play requirements & adult supervision

• Socks must be worn in play areas.

• Adult supervision is required throughout the event.

• Inflatable participants must be at least 34 inches tall and under 125 pounds.

• Adults are not allowed in the bounce house.

• No gum, sharp objects, or items in pockets inside inflatables.

 

Your package child count includes the birthday child. Follow staff instructions and equipment limits during play.

 

Parents & guest seating

Each child may be accompanied by up to two adults. Tables are set up for children. Benches and chairs are available for parents; adult dining tables are not provided.
